AIR AND EXHAUST GAS SYSTEM FOR PLUVERIZED COAL BOILER

摘要

PURPOSE: To attempt reduction in both NO_x during the operation of a coal pulverizer and the oxygen concentration in the pulverizer before starting the casting of highly volatile coal and after suspending the casting of coal and warm up the pulverizer when it is suspended. ;CONSTITUTION: There is installed an exhaust gas recirculation line 37 provided with an exhaust gas recirculation fan 38 and an exhaust gas damper 39 between the rear flow side of a desulfurizer 25 installed to an exhaust gas system for a pulverized coal boiler and a cooled air/hot air mixer 32 installed to the inlet of a pulverizer 33. The outlet gas of the desulfurizer 25 is mixed with a primary air by way of the exhaust recirculation line 37.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
