BLACK ANIONIC DYE, ITS COMPOSITION, INK MADE FROM THE DYE OR THE COMPOSITION, METHOD OF PRINTING ON BASE MATERIAL, AND PRINTED PAPER

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a black anionic dye which is present in a free acid form, is useful for ink jet printing, does not show bronzing, and can provide high water resistance. ;CONSTITUTION: 3- or 4-Carboxyaniline is diazotized and coupled with 2- naphthylamine to prepare a monoazo compd. The monoazo compd. is diazotized and then coupled with γ-acid to obtain the contemplated compd. represented by formula (wherein B represents 3- or 4-carboxyphenyl; and X represents H) (pref., in the form of an ammonium salt or the like). The dye is incorporated in an amt. of 0.05 to 20 (wt.)% (pref., 1 to 5%) to water or a liq. medium comprising water and a water-soluble org. solvent, pref. ethylene glycol or the like [pref., (90:10) to (60:40) (wt. ratio)].;COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO
