METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING SCATTERING CONCENTRATION OF CONDUCTIVE FILLER IN MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF WELDABLE COMPOSITE VIBRATION DAMPING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To measure scattering concentration of an electro-conductive filler in manufacturing process of a composite vibration damping material and to obtain evaluation technique of weldability thereof. ;CONSTITUTION: A light source 13 and a luminance measuring device 14 are housed in a box-like cover 16 via a buffer plate 17. The surface of an intermediate resin object 5 painted on a lower side metal plate 2 is irradiated with light, while moving the cover 16 in the lateral direction of the lower side metal plate 2. By measuring the intensity of reflected light and conducting calculation by a calculating device 15 using the calibrating curve, the weldability of the composite vibration damping material can be evaluated from scattering concentration of the conductive filler.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
