PURPOSE: To accurately easily inspect with low cost without special facility by incubating novel cell strain with virus to be tested and activating the cell in cytoplasma and on surface therebetween. ;CONSTITUTION: Novel cell strain is incubated with virus to be tested, and cell is activated by inducer for expediting the storage of the virus in cytoplasma and on cell surface during the incubating. The activated virus infected cell is immobilized to a support, incubated with blood or sample like blood component, cleaned, then incubated with bond bondable to antibody for the virus, and cleaned. Further, it is incubated with indicator for the bond, cleaned, and the change of the color of the indicator is inspected by an optical microscope.
