PURPOSE: To obtain a structure capable of preventing effectively the attachment of the material being weighed and high in durability by forming the metal fluorine compos ite plating layer having fluorine high-molecular substances dispersed and turned into an eutectoid at the required places on the surfaces of metal parts in contact with the material being weighed in an automatic weighing system. ;CONSTITUTION: An attachment preventing structure is provided on the surfaces of the metal parts in an automatic weighing system in contact with the material A being weighed, e.g. a bucket 4, an introducing chute 6, a dispersing table 7, a trough 8, a pool hopper 9, a weighing hopper 10 and a chute 11. In other words, a metal fluorine composite plating layer 26 is provided which has a structure wherein fluorine high-molecular substance 27 such as polytetrafluoroethylene and polychlorotrifluoroethylene is dispersed and turned into an eutectoid in a metal matrix 28. The contact surface of the metal fluorine composite plating layer 26 prevents the attachment of the material A thereto due to water repellency of the fluorine high-molecular substance 27 and the metal matrix 28 offers a firm attachment to the surfaces of the metal parts and excellent durability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
