The upper surface plate 15 which consists of the material, such as Ti or W, having the small coefft. of thermal expansion (thermal contraction) and has a projecting part of the shape fitting into the recessed part is installed thereon. The generation and expansion of the openings in the joint parts by the thermal expansion and contraction caused by a temp. change in a hot pressing at the time of joining the hologram original plates to a backing base material via hangs are suppressed in such a manner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
