摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the production yield of precision casting products of titanium or titanium alloy and to obtain a low cost products having no post-cast affected surface layer. ;CONSTITUTION: The mold for the precision casting of titanium or titanium alloy is constituted of a mixture of a refractory mainly composed of yttria and a binder composed of basic aq. zirconia sol and acrylic emulsion resin and the inside surface and outside surface of which are also constituted of an inner layer material 1 in contact with the molten metal of titanium or titanium alloy and an outer layer material 2 mainly composed of silica based refractory respectively.
