PURPOSE:To suppress the dimensional shrinkage of a laminated board using a nonwoven fabric as a substrate by using a binder of a glass fiber nonwoven fabric having a high glass transition temperature. CONSTITUTION:The glass transition temperature of a binder mutually bonding glass nonwoven fabrics is regulated to =120 deg.C. This binder is obtained by reacting an aliphatic amine with a system of a bifunctional epoxy resin which is a liquid at ordinary temperature as an epoxy resin combinedly used with a tri- or a polyfunctional epoxy resin in a method for adding an acid to a reactional product of the epoxy resin with the aliphatic amine.
