SERIES OF SPEED INCREASER AND REDUCER EMPLOYING INTERNAL MESHING TYPE EPICYCLIC GEAR STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To increase the serviceability of a sereis of speed increasers and reducers by preparing two types equal in gear ratio, tie-in dimension and transmission capacity, including a low backlash type so designed that the angle backlash between low and high speed gears is reduced and a general purpose type which is not designed that way. ;CONSTITUTION: A series of speed increasers and reducers comprises a collection of sub-series of different gear ratios ranging from low to high gear ratio and of the same tie-in dimension in order to install in a partner machine, and two kinds equal in gear ratio, tie-in dimension and transmission capacity and different in angle backlash on low speed shafts, one of which has low backlash adjusted to e.g. not more than 0, 1 degrees and the other general purpose type are prepared in the sub-series. In order to set the same tie-in dimension, an input shaft 101 having e.g. a hollow hole 116 is provided and an input journal box 117 is provided comprising both a gear-side flange 118 and a motor plate 118 to which the flange portion of a servo motor is attached and is prepared to fit with the servo motor, the gear side flange 118 comprising an end disk portion 121 and an annular portion 120.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
