PURPOSE: To provide the frame synchronization detecting device for preventing an error of read of digital data in an asynchronous serial communication. ;CONSTITUTION: A frame synchronization detecting part 12 for detecting a frame signal is provided as a means for knowing a timing of a transmitting start of data. Also, a lock error detecting part 15 for monitoring a lock signal 111 from a clock signal generating part 11 is provided as a means for knowing a fact that a clock signal 112 is synchronizing with receiving data 101, and only when the frame signal is detected, and also, a lock error is not detected, a frame detecting signal 131 is sent out of a frame detecting signal obstructing part 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
