MEDICAMENT WITH ANALGESIC, ANTIPYRETIC AND/OR ANTIPHLOGISTIC ACTION, AND USE OF 2-ETHOXY BENZOIC ACID

PURPOSE: To provide an analgesic, antipyretic and/or antiphlogistic agent that has high absorption rate, high biological availabiltiy without any inhibition of platelet agglutination and can be formulated to a variety of pharmaceutical preparations, particularly can be used in the form of dripping infusion and injection solution. CONSTITUTION: This analgesic, antipyretic, and antiphlogistic agent mainly comprises 2-ethoxybenzoic acid or its salt, for example, a salicylic derivative of, for example, sodium, calcium and/or potassium salts as an active ingredient. This active ingredient is used together with usual medicinal carrier, a diluent and other auxiliary agents to prepare oral preparation as capsules, tablets, granules or foaming tablets, a liquid preparation, preferably for example, a dripping infusion and an injection solution. Particulary, this agent can be formulated to capsules, tablets or solid preparation containing 250mg of 2- ethoxybenzoic acid every preparation form or a liquid preparation containing 100-125mg of 2-ethoxybenzoic acid every milliliter.
