PAPER SHEET FEEDER TO REPLENISH PAPER SHEET PACK AUTOMATICALLY FOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To simplify replenishment of paper sheets by replenishing a paper sheet pack from a paper sheet replenishing port, and securing a paper sheet pack housing part while driving the replenishing port and a holding means after being detected by the holding means in a paper sheet feeder to replenish paper sheet pack automatically for an image forming device such as a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:Paper sheet insertion ports 11-13 are provided in front of a copying machine, and doors 31-33 are installed according to the size of paper sheets, and there is also provided a paper sheet pack detecting mechanism (only an entrance 11 is exemplified in the drawing) composed of a bar code reader 40. Here, when a pack 20 is inserted into the insertion ports 11-13, a bar code 41 on the pack 20 is read, so that the entrance of the pack 20 can be detected. The pack 20 also advances inward while pushing a side fence 7 from a carrier roller 8. In this case, when a paper sheet existence sensor detects the nonexistence of the paper sheets, a back fence 10 is moved in a retreat position, and allows the entrance of the pack. A package sheet of the pack 20 is removed automatically by means of an opening device 2.
