PURPOSE: To manufacture an electric contact material and point an electric sliding contact material each having desired characteristics in a short time with a little amount of noble metal. ;CONSTITUTION: A capsule particle 3 comprises a core particle 1 made of a conductive substance such as metal oxide, covered with a particle covering 2 made of noble metal.
