METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING UNIT CABLE HAVING FITTING HOLE

PURPOSE: To provide a step part surely with ease at a fitting hole of a branch connecting part, by pushing a positioning protrusion into a through hole of a flange so that a step-forming protrusion larger in diameter than the through hole is fitted to the upper end of the through hole of the flange. ;CONSTITUTION: An upper mold 3 is put on a lower mold 1 so that positioning protrusions 34 and 37 of the upper mold 3 are put into through holes 23 and 25 of flanges 22 and 24 at a molding bottom plate 2. Moreover, when the upper mold 3 is put onto the lower mold 1, step-forming protrusions 33 and 36 are fitted to both upper ends of the flange 22 and 24 at the molding bottom plate 2. Since the step-forming protrusions 33 and 36 are made larger in diameter than the through holes 23 and 25 of the flanges 22 and 24, each step part with a difference between a diameter of the through hole and a larger diameter is formed by the step-forming protrusions 33 and 36.
