PURPOSE: To bring Fe in a safety area by polarizing the cathode, to make it possible to change reinforcing bars themselves into a noncorrosive property, to enable the corrosion resistance simply and surely, to detect whether or not there is a corrosion current or voltage by a sensor to easily decide the progress of corrosion and to make it possible to execute corrosion resistance control smoothly. ;CONSTITUTION: An outside d. c. power supply 8 is connected to a reinforced concrete structure to set reinforcing bars 1 in the cathode. A recessed groove 3 is cut in a wall, and an electric wire 4 is buried thereinto to adhere with a conductive bond 5. An electric good conductor layer 6 and a gas permeable and water proof paint 7 are subsequently laminated thereon, and the whole wall is set in the anode. In the outside d. c. power supply, voltage is set in 1, 0-1.5V, and current density is set within a range of 10-90mA/m2.
