PURPOSE: To return to the set temperature as soon as possible in the case the hot water temperature is remarkably deviated from the set temperature and to stably control the water/hot water mixing temperature without causing an overshoot or hunting around the set temperature by synthesizing the calculation result between a linear control calculating means and a fuzzy inference calculating means to be outputted as the manipulated variable for a controlled object. ;CONSTITUTION: A control means 18 mainly uses a fuzzy control part capable of minutely describing the nonlinear characteristic around the set temperature and mainly uses the characteristic of the PD control part to respond rapidly for the large fluctuation such as the transient response or the like apart from the set value. In the case of temperature adjustment, a first plunger 25 composed of magnetic material applies the bias power to a valve shaft 8 according to the Fleming's law when the current flows from the control means 18 to a first coil 26. An automatic control valve 3 balances when this bias power and the pressing force of an energizing means 22 are balanced.
