PURPOSE:To utilize steel pipe column rows sheathing walls as a heat accumulating device for air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:Steel pipe column rows sheathing walls A, buried upon constructing a building B, are utilized as a heat accumulating water tank C. The heat accumulating water tank C is formed by communicating a multitude of steel pipes, employed for the sheathing walls A, with each other and openings for conducting water are provided on steel pipes 1a, 1b at both ends of the sheathing wall while the water tank C is connected to air conditioning facilities 10, 11, 12, 13 through communicating pipes 6a, 6b. Cooling and/or heating water, generated by a heat pump 11, is sent into the heat accumulating water tank C to accumulate heat while the heat source is used for cooling and/or heating.
