RAISING METHOD FOR FRANKIA ROOT NODULE PLANT

摘要

PURPOSE: To raise the subject plant efficiently in high reproducibility by contact of a Frankia microorganism with an Alnus plant and by hydroponics or solid nutriculture of said plant using a medium containing nitrogen at a specified level or lower to promote Frankia root nodule formation. ;CONSTITUTION: In raising an Alnus plant using such a Frankia microorganism as to form root nodule with said plant as host, the microorganism and the Alnus plant are brought into mutual contact and the plant is put to hydroponics or solid nutriculture using a medium containing ≤10mM of nitrogen content to promote Frankia root nodule formation, thus raising said plant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
