UNIT MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR MULLION TYPE CURTAIN WALL

PURPOSE: To make mounting of a unit frame easy and to shorten a term of a mounting work. ;CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower hoodate (a plate arranged to the side of an entrance door) brackets 10 and 20 are slidably mounted in a recessed groove 3 formed in a hoodate 1, and the upper hoodate bracket 10 are vertically positioned for fixing. First longitudinal holes 13 and 23 and second longitudinal holes 14 and 24 being an oblong hole being long in a lateral direction are formed in the upper and lower hoodate brackets 10 and 20. Lower unit frame brackets 30 each having a pin 35 are mounted to the right and left of the upper part of a unit frame 2, and lower unit frame brackets 40 each having a pin 45 are mounted on the right and left of the lower part thereof. The pins 35 are respectively engaged with first and second longitudinal holes 13 and 14 of the upper hoodate bracket 10 to couple the upper part of the unit frame 2 to the hoodate 1. By sliding the lower hoodate bracket 20 along the recessed groove 3, the pins 45 are respectively engaged with the first and second longitudinal holes 23 and 24 to couple the lower part of the unit frame 2 to the hoodate 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
