PURPOSE: To improve cooling efficiency in a case where the cavity body of a high frequency acceleration cavity is constituted of copper plate and stainless plate in its inner side and outer side, respectively. ;CONSTITUTION: A cavity body 31 is formed of clad material 66 such that the inner side and outer side are respectively made of copper plate 62 and stainless plate 64. At the stainless plate 64 a groove 74 is formed to the surface of the copper plate 62, a cover 76 is provided thereon to form a cooling flow path 36 so as to flow cooling water 34 therein. Since cooling water 34 can cool the inner circumferential face of the hollow body 31 without using the stainless plate 64 with bad heat conductivity, cooling efficiency is thus improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
