PURPOSE: To provide an economical sediment air-mixed force-feeding device specially ideal for long-distance sediment force-feeding with low production cost and high operating efficiency. ;CONSTITUTION: A main duct 12 provided with a sediment conveyor means for conveying sediment from a hopper 30 to a sediment force-feed pump 31 is connected to the discharge opening of the sediment force-feed pump 31 through a check valve 33. A branch part between this main duct 12 and a by-pass duct 13 is provided with duct partition valves 14, 15, and air filling valves 16, 17 on the downstream side thereof. A sediment force-feed pipe connected to the valves 16, 17 is partitioned into plural ducts 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 7-4, and appropriate switching operation can be performed among partitioned duct partition valves 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 duct by duct, duct pressure air valves 8-1, 8-2 in the respective ducts, and duct air exhaust valves 9-1, 9-2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
