PURPOSE: To provide an immobilization carrier comprising the globular masses of a fibrous substance obtained by stirring a fibrous substance suspension, and used for the immobilization of biocatalysts for the utilization as bioreactors for the production of medicines, foods, chemicals, sewage treatment, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: A carrier for immobilizing biocatalysts comprises the globular masses of a fibrous substance obtained by stirring a suspension of the fibrous substance.
