PRODUCTION OF TWO-PIECES DIVIDED TYPE TILE

摘要

PURPOSE: To stick a surface pattern constituted of spots having at least two kinds of different color tone on the surface of a tile by using only one kind of pigment. ;CONSTITUTION: Pigment is stuck on the surfaces of the particles of body by adding pigment to the body for dry molding of a tile and mixing both. The colored body is prepared of the colored particles of body formed thereby. A molded form for a two-pieces divided type tile which has a split face in the surface side is molded by using this colored body. After the molded form is burned, it is split to obtain the two-pieces divided type tile. Since the color tone of the insides of the particles of body appears together with the color tone of pigment on the surface of the tile, a surface pattern constituted of at least two kinds of spots is shown on the tile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
