FALL LID FOR HEAT RETAINING TYPE RICE BOILER

摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent rice from drying, solidification and discoloration and maintain a satisfactory heat retaining condition for a long time by replenishing gradually water to the rice in heat retaining. ;CONSTITUTION: A fall lid 1 is composed of a water absorbing blank and formed on the upper and lower surfaces respectively with a knob part 3 and leg part 4. Also, the leg part 4 is formed radially from the nearly central part and formed of a water replenishing sheet molded corrugatedly and ruggedly. The fall lid 1 is floated on the surface of rice by the leg part 4 to prevent the water replenishing sheet 2 from deposition of starch on rice or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
