GRAPHITE-CONTAINING MGO-CAO BASED REFRACTORIES

摘要

PURPOSE:To inexpensively provide the refractories which are extremely high in slaking resistance by using raw materials with which moisture does not act on CaO in a graphite-containing MgO-CaO based refractories. CONSTITUTION:This MgO-CaO type refractory raw material contains =98wt.% CaO 1 and MgO 2 in total and contains 5 to 7wt.% CaO component 1 of these components. The raw material is constituted by using MgO-CaO based clinker which is formed by coating the CaO 1 on the surface of raw material particles 10 with films 3 consisting of calcium carbonate and having 0.1 to 5mum thickness and has =1.5% ignition loss value.
