HOT METAL TAPPING TROUGH HAVING FLEXICIBILITY IN RUNNING LIFTING AND TILTING

PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement for separation of iron slag with a skimmer partition wall arranged at a hot metal tapping trough and the improvement of workability to discharge remained hot metal after completing the iron tapping. CONSTITUTION:A hot metal receiving part 25 and a hot metal discharging part 26 arranged in the hot metal tapping trough body 2 are mutually communicated through a skimmer partition wall 3, and a molten slag discharging hole 4 from side wall of hot metal receiving part 25 and a hot metal discharging hole 5 from side wall of the hot metal discharge part 26 are mutually projected toward reverse side. A lifting frame 23 is supplied on self-running carriage 21 urn as facing to a front trough in furnace hole through a lifting cylinder 11 and the hot metal tapping trough body 2 is loaded on the lifting frame 23 as tiltable with a tilting cylinder 10.
