PURPOSE: To obtain a dyed substance having a high conc., superior friction rigidity and washing regidity without reductive post-washing by thermally pressuring a textile material and a disperse dye in supercritical CO2 and thereafter carrying out pressure reduction in a plurality of steps. ;CONSTITUTION: At first, a textile material and a disperse dye are heated to 80-130°C in supercritical carbon dioxide under a pressure of 73-400 bars. Then, the hydrophobic textile material is dyed with the disperse dye by reducing the pressure lower than the critical pressure in a plurality of steps and simultaneously reducing the temp. lower than the critical temp. It is preferable to carry out the pressure reduction in 2-100 steps, wherein the pressure reduction range per a step is 2-5 bars. Further, it is preferable to reduce the pressure gradually for the rage of 200-300 bars and the range of 1,000,000 to 130 bars and to reduces the remaining pressure in one step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
