PURPOSE: To surely fix a mounting member onto a concrete floor with no welding processed even if the fastening force of the nut of an anchor bolt is reduced, so that a sill member and the mounting member are not lowered in level. ;CONSTITUTION: A sill member 1 is rested on the horizontal surface 3a of a mounting member 3, so that the sill member 1 is fixed thereon by making use of a long hole 3b bored in the horizontal surface 3a, the vertical surface 3c of the mounting member 3 is concurrently brought into contact with the vertical surface of a concrete floor 10 at an elevator hall, and an anchor bolt 6 is then inserted into a vertical long hole 3d bored in the vertical surface 3c and into a reamer hole 8a bored in a washer 8 roughly in a rectangle shape capable of covering the long hole 3a, so as to be fastened with a nut 7.
