RAIL FITTING JIG, RAIL POSITIONING JIG, AND AUTOMATIC WELDING JIG CONSISTING OF COMBINATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To make the automatic welding jig light in weight, and to reduce the number of workers, labor and time for the work by forming the automatic welding jig by combination of a rail fitting jig and a rail positioning jig. CONSTITUTION:A rail fitting jig attracts magnets 2, 2' to a column 1, and a supporting plate 3 for connecting between the magnet 2 and the magnet 2' is screw attached. A rail receiving jig 8 placed on the side face opposite to a plate 5 of a slide rotary knob 7 is attached with a screw 6 so that the jig 8 can move to the left and the right in the horizontal direction. A rail positioning jig attaches a bracket 14 with a screw 15 to the side face opposite to the magnet 2' of the supporting plate 3. Since two pieces of upper and lower magnets are placed, the rail fitting jig can be attached or removed easily and simply to and from the column 1. By rotating the slide rotary know 7, the rail receiving jig for expanding and contracting a screw and a slide shaft is moved to the left and the right in the horizontal direction, and the fine adjustment of a position with respect to a weld fine of a running device rail can be executed.
