PURPOSE: To improve analysis efficiency, reduce the running cost of a reagent and prevent the production of contamination by most suitably determining the combination of analysis items, the arrangement of the reagent and the other arrangement of analysis channels from various factors. ;CONSTITUTION: In the case where many items are analyzed simultaneously, an input device 28 is operated to give a plurality of analysis conditions necessary for inspection and the combination of the optimum analysis items in which analysis efficiency is maximum, the running cost of a reagent is minimum and contamination is not produced, the arrangement of a reagent and the like are determined by the operation on the basis of the conditions given by the use of CPU 27.
