PURPOSE: To provide a container which can be kept in a stable condition even of the volume of the container is changed. ;CONSTITUTION: For a container, in particular, a suitcase having at least a pair of rollers 4, 5 fixed on a bottom wall 2, the volume of the container is variable. To adapt to the change of the volume of the container, an adjusting means 9 which can change a distance D1 between the rollers 4 and 5 which are apart from each other in the direction in which the change of the volume thereof occurs is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
