PURPOSE: To obtain a single-winding pole-change motor, in which a high starting torque is obtained on the side of a low speed and a power factor can be improved on the low speed side and at the time of a low load. ;CONSTITUTION: Leands 14-19 are led out from the both ends and middle parts of respective phase stator windings 11-13 of a single-winding pole-change motor and power is switched from one connection to another by a cross board 5 so that it is made possible to properly use a Δ-connection at starting on the side of a low speed and a Y-connection in operation on the low-speed side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
