METHOD FOR APPLYING FERTILIZER OR THE LIKE TO PADDY FIELD

PURPOSE: To apply fertilizer or an agricultural chemical to a paddy field without requiring particular labor by making fertilizer or an agricultural chemical into a liquid state at a water supply inlet of a paddy field in a dehydrated state and feeding the fertilizer or the agricultural chemical together with irrigation water from the beginning of supplying irrigation water for ≥ half of scheduled feed time. ;CONSTITUTION: At a water supply inlet 21 of a paddy field 1 in a dehydrated state, fertilizer or an agricultural chemical is made into a liquid state, fed together with irrigation water to the paddy field 1 from the beginning of supplying irrigation water for ≥1/2 of scheduled feed time to apply the fertilizer or the agricultural chemical 3 to the paddy field 1 without requiring particular labor. Ammonium sulfate or a herbicide is dissolved in water as the fertilizer or the agricultural chemical, respectively, mixed with a colorant such as red one and the red agent is fed from the water supply inlet 21 to the paddy field 1 for 2 hours of the latter half among 4 hours feed time of irrigation water so that the fertilizer or the agricultural chemical 3 is proved to be distributed till the vicinity of a water outlet 22 of the paddy field 1 (approximately to the whole area) within about 2 hours after completion of water supply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
