PURPOSE: To form GYOZA without excessively extending wrap of GYOZA by closing a through hole of a receiving frame having a horseshoe-shaped dented part with a lid rotatably set on a supporting base. ;CONSTITUTION: A receiving frame 5 and a pushing frame 6 are opened at both ends of a supporting base 4, a wrap 1b and a material to be stuffed 1a of GYOZA are placed on the base, the receiving frame and the pushing frame are superimposed and the edge of the wrap is pressed. A lid 7 is stood with the receiving frame and a through hole 5c for passing a pushing bar 8a formed in the receiving frame is maintained in a closed state. When forming is completed, the pushing frame and the lid are returned to an initial position, the pushing bar 8a is advanced from the through hole opened in the receiving frame and GYOZA stuck to the receiving frame is pushed out to the pushing frame side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
