OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM OF TIME SWITCH FOR MIDNIGHT POWER

PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of going to the actual location for time correction by sending a current for a determined time from the point of time of mounting on the appointed day for mounting a switch, and, thereafter, automatically returning the switch so as to send the current in an original determined time band. ;CONSTITUTION: On the appointed day for mounting work, a guide plate 6 is connected to a switching cam 5 by a connecting pin 9 so as to be integrally rotated, the cam 5 is manually forcedly rotated to the position of a midnight time (for example, 23:00), and a switch 16 is closed to form a current-carrying state. The pin 7 is released in this state, the plate 6 is reversely rotated together with a time indicating board 4 to set the time at the right time as of the mounting work time. The plate 6 is rotated as the switch 16 is in current carrying state, and when it is 23:00, the pin 7 is automatically protruded to integrally rotate the plate 6 and the cam 5, and thereafter, the opening and closing operation is conducted according to the set time. Thus, it is not required to go to the actual location for time correction, and the labor accompanied by the mounting work can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
