As a conductor fine wire row is dislocated from the (y) direction of the electrode, the fine wires 4 come to be located at a position dislocated by PL-Sin θ in the (x) direction of the electrode in every dislocation of one pitch along an L direction, due to the array pitch PL in the L direction. According to this construction, each pitch of the wires 4 in the widthwise direction of the electrode is equivalently narrowed.
