PURPOSE: To improve the uniformity of slabs by uniting flanges, a web, flat strips, channels, etc., to constitute a formwork by providing a running surface, a central guiding device, troughs, etc., and injecting concrete into the formwork. CONSTITUTION: A track laving device is provided with a running surface 1 on which tired wheels are run, a central guiding device steered by means of a shunt, and a trough 50a which closes part of a removable cover are provided. Then a running surface 1a formed of an metallic I beam is provided and one flange of the beam is made to support tires. In addition, a web is made to vertically receive a flat strip 11a and one of the flanges is made to receive a reinforcing flat strip 114a which is parallel to the web. When required, in addition, the trough 50a is opened toward the flange which is partially fixed to the flat strip 111a and one flange and supports the tires. Thereafter, the flanges, web, and channels are united to constitute a formwork and concrete is injected into the formwork.
