WATER CUT-OFF CONSTRUCTION FOR ALREADY CONSTRUCTED MULTIPLE HOLE ELECTRIC POWER CONDUIT

PURPOSE:To drastically reduce the construction period and construction cast in comparison with the water cut-off execution for each through hole, by pouring charging the grout material into a crack part opened in a through hole from one hole, after applying lining treatment for all other through holes. CONSTITUTION:Except a through hole 2a at a center position among a number of through holes 2,... at a body part 1 made of concrete, all the through holes 2 are lining-treated with each tube 5. In order to maintain the inner lining state, the inside of the tube 5 is kept at a prescribed pressure by the compressed air. Then, the inside of a crack part 4 is pouring-charged with the grout material by utilizing the through hole 2a at the center position which is not lining- treated. After the inside of the through hole 2a is filled with the grout material 11, the pouring-charging pressure is increased, and then the grout material 11 intrudes into the crack part 4 opened in the hole 2a, and the whole is pouring-charged at the final stage. Accordingly, in spite of the pouring charging from one through hole 2a, the water cut-off effect equal to the charge in each through hole is obtained.
