BOUNDED FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR UNIT RESIDENCE

PURPOSE: To improve the fire resistance and noise insulating ability of the laminated section of a house unit framed in a box type, and to effectively utilize an indoor space. ;CONSTITUTION: Pillars are connected to the four corners of a ceiling section 2 and of a floor section 3 severally framed in a square shape to form a house unit 1. The ceiling section 2 of the house unit 1 positioned on a lower floor is formed of a ceiling joist 9 erectedly provided between large ceiling girder beams 4, a fire preventive ceiling back plate 10 spreadingly provided on the upside of the joist 9, and a fire preventive ceiling plate 11 spreadingly provided on the underside of the joist 9. The floor section 3 of the house unit 1 positioned on an upper floor is formed of small floor beams 13 erectedly provided between large floor girder beams 6, a fire preventive sound insulating floor member 14 laterally provided between the beams 13, a floor joist 15 laterally erected on the beam 13, and a fire preventive floor plate 16 spreadingly provided on the upside of the joist 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
