DENTAL PROSTHETIC DEVICE, TOOTH FREE AREA FILLING METAL AND CERAMIC DENTAL RESTORATION MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To provide a good quality dental prosthetic device by which an extremely excellent adhesive property and an excellent color characteristic can be obtained by forming alloy which has color adjusting metal such as platinum and palladium and non-noble metal such as indium and iron and whose residual part of gold, as metallic foil copings. CONSTITUTION: This anterior single plate 30 to be installed on a tooth 40 is composed of a metallic layer 32 on which a porcelain material layer 34 is sintered, a dentinal porcelain material layer 36 and an enamel porcelain material layer 38. The metalliclayer 32 is formed as thin metallic foil composed of three- component alloy on which color adjusting metal selected from a group composed of platinum, palladium and silver is about 2 to 5wt.% and non-noble metal selected from a group composed of indium, iron, zinc, aluminum and copper is about 0.1 to 5wt.% and a residual part is gold. A dental prosthetic device is composed of copings 122 and 124 of the metallic foil installed on an abutment both, a pontic metal lower structure 130 joined to this and a ceramic buildup part to fill up an edentulous area.
