PURPOSE:To obtain the subject device freezing drug to be charged in a vial in protecting from microorganism or dust, etc., with vaporizing liquefied nitrogen to make a nitrogen gas of an extremely low temperature, sending to a freezing chamber with passing through a filtering device and freezing an objective material to be treated received in the chamber. CONSTITUTION:A liquefied nitrogen-supplying source 7 is connected to a filtering device 3 passing through a vaporizing means 8 and the filtering device 3 is connected to a freezing chamber 5 passing through a nitrogen gas-supplying path 4, then liquefied nitrogen is vaporized by the vaporizing means 8 to produce nitrogen gas. Thus, the nitrogen gas is passed through the filtering device 3 to remove microorganism or dust and the nitrogen gas in an extremely low- temperature state is sent to a freezing chamber 5 passing through the nitrogen gas-supplying path 4, then an objective material to be treated 20 received in the freezing chamber 5 is frozen by the nitrogen gas of an extremely lowtemperature. Besides, a heat exchanger 15 is preferably provided in the nitrogen gas-supplying path 4 and the gas vaporized in the vaporizing means 8 is cooled to an extremely low-temperature by applying cold heat of liquefied nitrogen using the heat exchanger 15.
