PURPOSE: To prevent the transmission of the low frequency vibration to a contiguous building by suppressing the lateral oscillation generated in the circulation of a plurality of cages for placing vehicles which are installed in chained form. ;CONSTITUTION: A reverse revolution mass 12 which revolves in the reverse direction to an upper part sprocket 1 is installed at the top edge on the axis line of the upper part sprocket 1. A reverse revolution means 13 for revolving the reverse revolution mass 12 in the reverse direction for the upper part sprocket 1 is installed between the upper part sprocket 1 and the reverse revolution mass 12. For example, the reverse revolution means 13 is a planetary gear mechanism.
