LABOR-SAVING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE MOLD

PURPOSE: To dispense with the removal, takeout, and storage of mold materials by leaving burried high-strength inorganic thin PC molds having a specific thickness and formed with multiple hook grooves and protruded stripes in the extrusion direction on one face for use. ;CONSTITUTION: Support members 4 are slidingly coupled at the preset positions of dovetail grooves 2 in consideration of the connection positions of mold members 1 having the thickness of 10-50mm and formed with the dovetail grooves 2 and protruded stripes 3 in turn on one face and the side pressure of concrete to be placed. Holes of stanchions 5 and screw holes of the support members 4 are connected via bolts. The mold members 1 are arranged face to face, and mating stanchions 5 are fastened together with fastening members 6 to form a mold. Concrete is placed in this mold. The mold is dead-buried for use.
