METHOD AND DEVICE FOR JUDGING NEGATIVE/POSITIVE REACTION OF ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODY

PURPOSE: To enable even a beginner to judge accurately and readily whether an antinuclear antibody is negative or positive. ;CONSTITUTION: A title item is provided with a fluorescent microscope 1, a CCD camera 2, an image input board 3, an image memory board 4 which receives an output signal from the image input board 3 and stored it as a digitized image, a computer 5 which judges whether an antinuclear antibody is negative or positive based on the digitized image data which is stored in the image memory board 4, and a CRT 6 which displays the judgment result. The computer 5 obtains an average concentration value of green signal of all picture elements which constitute the digitized image, compares the above average concentration value with a specified threshold, and judges whether the antinuclear antibody is negative or positive based on the above result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
