AUTOMATIC RESISTANCE-WIRE WINDING METHOD USING AUTOMATIC RESISTANCE-WIRE WINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To automate the winding operation of a resistance wire on a body and to eliminate a problem that a welded part is stripped off due to the rigidity of the resistance wire even when a low-resistance wire-wound resistor is manufactured. ;CONSTITUTION: An automatic resistance-wire winding machine which is provided with the following, is used: a body holding part 2; a motor 3 for body rotation use as a body rotation means; a resistance-wire feed part 4 which feeds a resistance wire 13 to a body 10; a spiral winding means 5 which winds the resistance wire on the body 10; and a welding means 6 which welds the resistance wire 13 to terminal caps 11a, 11b. A spiral winding process is performed several times by sandwiching a reset process which adjusts the welding position of the resistance wire.
