PURPOSE: To provide the bonus ball sending device capable of bearing a long- time use while reducing the load on a driving motor and smoothly and quickly performing the sending operation of bonus balls. ;CONSTITUTION: A pinball bonus ball sending device 9 is composed of supply paths 15a and 15b to which a bonus ball is supplied consecutively, a lead screw 13 with a spiral projection 28 receiving the bonus ball at the front tip facing on the supply paths 15a and 15b on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 27, and a driving motor 12 rotating the lead screw 13.
