PURPOSE: To ensure a sufficient dwelling space even in the case where a limitation is imposed on the north-side height or the like of a building by a method wherein the upper face of a dwelling part forming an internal dwelling space is made inclined with downward slope toward the end of its floor part. ;CONSTITUTION: A dwelling part 8 of a unitized room 1 in setback structure is arranged, being biased to the side of one end 2A of a floor part 2 of the room. The upper face of the dwelling part 8 is made inclined, by employing diagonal beams 15 and 16, with a sloped face 27 toward the other end 2B of the floor part 2. Thereby the length in the direction of north and south of the dwelling part 8 can be made longer without conflicting with a limitation imposed on the north-side height of a building, and internal space of the dwelling part 8 can be made bigger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
