Carriage for people with the seat(s) inside a space within one of thewheels. This is achieved by fitting the wheel with a curved wall oftransparent material, extending sideways in both directions as an extensionof the entire circumference of the wheel. This wall rotates along with thewheel around a horizontal axis. The wheel is fixed in a horizontalfork-shaped frame that has a steerable wheel on one side and two supportingwheels on the other. It can be driven by pedals or a motor and all the meansof steering and operation are to be found within the closed space.
