DEVICE FOR SPINDLE FIXING OF ANGLE GRINDING MACHINE

The device finds application when instruments are changed quickly without using a wrench for fixing in machines where the driving pinion from the motor side is engaged to a conical toothed wheel fixed on the spindle. The device exhibits increased reliability and safety. With this device the spindle of the machine is fixed only after rotation is stopped completely. The construction includes a driving pinion (7) engaged with a conical toothed wheel (1) fixed to the spindle (5). An under-spring fixing pin (10) is located in a reduction gearbox seat above the conical toothed wheel (1). A fixing washer (2) with two opening diametrically opposite to each other on the periphery and with two section grooves is placed above the conical toothed wheel (1) on the spindle (5). Above the fixing washer (2) there is a safety washer (3), which also has two opening that are the same as in the fixing washer (2) and located at the same radius and with two teeth oriented in the grooves of the fixing washer (2) that is angularly stationary with respect to the spindle (5). The position of the teeth of the safety washer (3) in the sector channels of the fixing washer (2) make possible the angular rotation of the safety washer (3) with respect to the fixing washer (2).
