The present Invention relates to Procedure for stereospecific polymerization of urethane Polymers through Heterogeneous Catalysis pressure, characterized by the use of Phosphates, phosphites,Hypophosphites and pyrophosphates not hydrated Metals of Group I of the periodic table, with two or more Hydrogen molecular ion or assets in its Constitution, as catalysts,As well as by the addition of Mineral oil or petroleum jelly as a plasticizer of these Polymers.
